Meet Nicki

I'm Nicki Klutts, and for 13+ years I've managed operations and coordinated complex projects for companies including Nielsen and GfK as well as smaller start up organizations. I solve a problem most growing businesses face: needing both operational support and professional marketing copy, but not wanting to hire multiple people.

My focus has always been operational excellence: growing accounts (Google from $2M to $10M), coordinating international teams, optimizing processes with Six Sigma methodologies, and ensuring projects deliver on time and on budget.

What sets me apart: I can also write the copy and messaging your business needs—website content, brand positioning, marketing materials—which means fewer vendors to coordinate and faster project execution.

Your advantage: Operations expertise + professional writing. One point of contact, complete delivery.

One consultant. Complete project execution.

The Marlowe Story

Where structure and humanity meet.

Marlowe is named for my grandparents, Marilyn and Howard. Howard helped build Star Sales with his brother, guided by a belief that good business is rooted in structure, fairness, and the ability to grow people - not just profit.

Marilyn worked within the company as well, grounding the business in care, consistency, and attention to the day-to-day details that keep operations running.

What I carry forward is not nostalgia, but a principle: businesses succeed when systems are strong and leadership values people as much as outcomes.

Marlowe Strategies exists to bring that same balance to modern organizations.
